We collect candidate resumes, professional experience details, contact information, educational credentials, and employment preferences. For clients, we collect company profiles, hiring requirements, contact details, and billing information.

2. How We Use Information

Data is strictly used for recruitment matching, background verification checks (with explicit candidate consent), and delivering our flexible talent sourcing services. We do not sell or trade candidate or client data with unauthorized third parties.

3. Data Security and Retention

We implement robust security measures including secure access controls, encrypted files, and regular verification. Candidate CVs are retained in our secure talent pool for a maximum of 24 months, unless a candidate requests prior removal or updates their profile.

4. Your Privacy Rights

Candidates can request a copy of their stored data, update their professional details, or request permanent deletion of their profile from our database at any time by contacting our support team at info@talentorient.com.
